Management Basics (Mini MBA)

A high impact in-house management program

A program for newly appointed managers

You have been appointed manager in a new position and are taking the next step in your career. You have a lot of energy, you are motivated to make a difference, and you have been successful in your area of responsibility so far.

Yet you feel slightly anxious about facing management areas outside your comfort zone. You feel you need to sharpen your management skills.
To build your confidence, you are looking for tools to better understand business from different perspectives – including a business vocabulary you can use with your boss, colleagues, subordinates, and partners.

In the Management Basics program, we will learn how to look at business from strategic, financial, and leadership perspectives. During this one week, we will discuss and practice real world business management, and you will be more self-assured speaking "the language of business".

The program is facilitated by two top professors. Franco Quillico will guide you through the finance and strategy sessions and William Maxwell will share his views and ideas on leadership.
