Location, Program Fee, and Admission Process
The program will take place in the excellent training venue at the Conference Center of Crowne Plaza Hotel in Helsinki
The program fee is 9.850 e + VAT including:
- All readings and study materials
- Guidance for how to prepare for each module
- A personal working style assessment to support you in developing as a leader
- In total 15 days of interactive classroom sessions (3 days per module), including the Capston@ Business Simulation
- Guidance, support, and grading of the company focused written assignments
- Four distance learning exercises including a multimedia CD-ROM on Working with Teams
- Access to study materials on SCILs web site
- Refreshments and lunches during the classroom sessions
- An official transcript and certificate after completion of the program
- A possibility to transfer credits and apply for a scholarship when continuing for a full MBA degree in the AASCB and
EQUIS accredited CHIC MBA program at the ESCEM School of Business and Management

One month before each module you will receive study materials from Harvard Business Publishing and other quality sources to prepare for the classroom session. During the 3-day classroom session the professors will cover fresh management insights on the topic, facilitate classroom discussions, initiate case study workshops and other relevant exercises. After the classroom session you will have one month to prepare a company focused written assignment to show how you will apply the business practices in your area of responsibility. The assignment will be commented and graded by the professor. |
