The Executive CBA is a program of it own and you will receive an official transcript and certificate when you have completed the program successfully. Profile of Participants

The profile of the participants is mid-level managers and functional experts. Most participants have more than five years of functional management experience and have a clear leadership potential. A group of bright minds with a diverse experience from different functions, industries, and cultures are usually represented in the CBA class. Participants with an academic education as well as self-taught managers will benefit from the program.

Program overview

The program consists of five core modules and you can participate in the Fall 2011 program starting October 4th.

One month before each module you will receive study materials from Harvard Business Publishing and other quality sources to prepare for the classroom session. During the 3-day classroom session the professors will cover fresh management insights on the topic, facilitate classroom discussions, initiate case study workshops and other relevant exercises. After the classroom session you will have one month to prepare a company focused written assignment to show how you will apply the business practices in your area of responsibility. The assignment will be commented and graded by the professor.

Location, Program Fee, and Admission Process

The program will take place in the excellent training venue at the Conference Center of Crowne Plaza Hotel in Helsinki

The program fee is 9.850 e + VAT including:
- All readings and study materials

- In total 15 days of interactive classroom sessions (3 days per module), including the Capston@ Business Simulation

Continue for a full MBA degree

After you have successfully completed the Executive CBA program, you will be granted credits and can continue for a full MBA degree. SCILs is in patnerships with the AASCB and EQUIS accredited and flexible CHIC MBA program at ESCEM School of Business and Management in Tours, France.
