We Support You in Becoming a Confident Leader
SCILs was established in 2004 and since then we have trained hundreds of managers from different companies, functions, and countries. Our success is based on an innovative and high impact learning concept, and this is confirmed by the participants in our traning programs.
This is how we do it
By focusing 100% on leadership training for working professionals
Our global team combines best-practice university thinking with hands-on executive business experience from different countries, industries and functions. SCILs professors are inspiring personalities who enjoy sharing their experiences and learning about your situation.
By focusing on how to translate leading edge thinking into real action
All SCILs training modules are designed to maximize learning by having participants discuss, practice, and apply what they learn, both immediately during class, as well as at work. The American action based learning concept supports this objective and your learning.
By designing our training to fit your busy schedule
The programs are designed for people with limited time resources, allowing you to balance your time between studies, professional and private life.
By promoting a global learning environment
A truly international faculty will guide your learning of global best practices and leading edge thinking. Cutting edge study materials and tools from Harvard Business Publishing, Capsim, and other quality sources will support your learning. This combined with the participant’s experiences from around the globe makes the interaction very special.
What does the acronym SCILs stand for?
The block letters in our name, stands for:
Strategy, Change, Innovation and Leadership.
These four words are incorporated in what we do. We train managers in Strategy, Change and Leadership and our program design and approach is all about Innovation.
Societal responsibility and sustainability
We support the Globally Responsible Leadership: A Call for Engagement initiative supported by EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) and the UN Global Compact.
At SCILs we take this responsibility seriously and will follow through by anchoring the principles in our programs.
