| The Executive CBA program The Executive Certificate in Business Administration gives high potential managers and specialists an opportunity to accelerate their career. Our MBA level program covers the five key general management disciplines: Leadership, Marketing, Negotiation, Finance, and Strategy. A five month long high impact program This five month long program in Helsinki saves both time and money and helps participants balance their life between studies, work, and family.The program design is flexible and blends interactive classroom sessions facilitated by a top faculty with individual preparations and assignments. Profile of participants The profile of the participants is mid-level managers and functional experts. Most participants have more than five years of functional management experience and have a clear leadership potential. A group of bright minds with a diverse experience from different functions, industries, and cultures are usually represented in the CBA class. | The Management Basics program (Mini MBA) An in-house training program In the Management Basics program, we will learn how to look at business from strategic, financial, and leadership perspectives. During this one week, we will discuss and practice real world business management, and participants will be more self-assured speaking "the language of business". Top professors The program is facilitated by two top professors. Franco Quillico will guide you through the finance and strategy sessions and William Maxwell will share his views and ideas on leadership. Profile of participants The Management Basics program is targeted for newly appointed managers, team leaders and members, and specialists with project responsibilities. Most participants have more than three years of work experience and hold a leadership potential. A group of bright minds with a diverse experience from different functions and industries will be represented in the Management Basics program. Participants with an academic education as well as self-taught professionals will benefit from the program. |
